Pool Party
CWS organized a splashing pool party for all the kids to beat the hot and humid weather. The children arrived in their school uniforms and brought their swimming costumes to change into. The kids were divided into groups to ensure everyone had a turn in the pool. The teachers had planned some exciting pool games, which the kids played with enthusiasm. They also danced to popular songs, adding to the fun. The event was a huge success, with the kids thoroughly enjoying themselves and each other’s company.
Celebrating Founders’ Day
On the momentous occasion of the 60th Founder’s Day, the school paid a heartfelt tribute to its visionary founders, Mrs. Sheila Verma and Shri Brem Dutt Verma, whose dedication and foresight laid the strong foundation of this esteemed institution.
To mark this special day, our youngest learners participated in meaningful and joyful activities. The Nursery and Pre-Nursery children contributed to a vibrant handprint activity on the school logo, symbolizing innocence, unity, and a promising future. Their tiny handprints added color and charm to the celebration, representing the nurturing spirit of our institution.
Meanwhile, the Prep students enthusiastically constructed a miniature model of the school building using colorful building blocks. This creative task not only reflected their growing understanding of structure and design but also their deep love and connection to their second home.
The event was a touching reminder of the journey that began six decades ago and continues to inspire generations. With gratitude to our founders and pride in our present, we look forward to many more years of excellence and growth.
Back To School
After the summer vacations, CWS opened its gates for the children who were very happy, but also a little sad because they were returning after such a long break. All the kids were given a very warm welcome. The Class Teachers gave each child different colorful gifts – popsicles, flowers, stars – to help them settle back into school happily. The entire school was decorated with balloons and cartoon characters. There was also a small session where teachers asked the children how they had spent their vacation. Some said they went to hill stations, while others visited their grandmother’s house. Overall, it was a joyful and heartwarming new beginning.
