Children’s Day Celebrations
Cambridge World School joyfully celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The entire campus was filled with smiles, laughter, and a festive spirit as students participated in a variety of engaging activities planned specially for them.
The celebration began with a beautiful documentary on Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, highlighting his love for children, his contribution to India, and why Children’s Day is celebrated on his birth anniversary. The students watched it with great interest and learned many inspiring facts about “Chacha Nehru.”
After the documentary, the children took part in a fun and creative Eye Mask Making Activity. They used colorful paper, stickers, feathers, and glitter to design their own unique masks. This activity allowed them to express their creativity and imagination freely. The joy on their faces while making their masks was truly delightful.
The celebration continued with energetic dance performances, where the children danced to cheerful songs and enjoyed themselves to the fullest. Their enthusiasm lit up the entire hall and created a lively atmosphere.
Overall, the Children’s Day celebration was a wonderful experience for the students. It provided them with learning, creativity, and full-on enjoyment. The day ended with happy memories and smiles that made the celebration truly special.

Celebrating Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti
On 4th November 2025 the celebrated Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti with great devotion and enthusiasm to mark the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru. The entire atmosphere was filled with spiritual vibes and positivity. The celebration began with a soulful kirtan performed by the students, praising the teachings and life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Everyone joined in the prayers with pure devotion. The importance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s message of truth, equality, and kindness was shared during the assembly. After the kirtan, a langar (community meal) was organized by the school, where students and teachers together served food to all. It beautifully reflected the spirit of sharing and unity taught by Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The celebration was a great success and helped students understand the values of selfless service, peace, and harmony. It was truly a memorable and meaningful day for everyone.

Celebrating Gandhi Jayanti
CWS celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with great enthusiasm, honoring the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. Students creatively dressed up as Gandhiji, Kasturba Gandhi, and other freedom fighters, showcasing their understanding of India’s rich history. The highlight of the event was the students’ hands-on experience with the Charkha, learning the art of spinning cotton and appreciating Gandhiji’s emphasis on self-sufficiency and sustainability. This interactive session not only taught them a traditional skill but also instilled a sense of pride in our cultural heritage. The celebration was a meaningful way to introduce the younger generation to Gandhiji’s values of simplicity, truth, and non-violence, inspiring them to become responsible citizens.
