Dussehra Celebrations
CWS celebrated the vibrant festival of Dussehra on September 29th, bringing to life the triumph of good over evil. The school was transformed into a mini Ayodhya, with students creatively dressed up as Vanvasi Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Ravana, and Hanuman. The celebration culminated in the burning of the effigy of Ravana, symbolising the victory of good over evil. The kids cheered and danced with joy, surrounded by their teachers and peers. The event was a wonderful way to teach students about the significance of Dussehra and the values it represents. Cambridge World School continues to foster a sense of cultural awareness and community among its students, making learning a fun and engaging experience.

Durga Puja Celebrations
CWS joyfully celebrated Durga Ashtami with great devotion and enthusiasm on 25-09-2025. The celebrations began with the decoration of Maa Durga’s photo, beautifully adorned with flowers and vibrant decorations. The divine aura created a spiritual atmosphere. To mark the occasion, children performed a lively dandiya dance, filling the campus with energy, rhythm, and festive cheer. The beats of the dandiya sticks, combined with devotion, symbolized the victory of good over evil. The celebration not only brought students closer to our rich cultural heritage but also instilled values of unity, devotion, and joy.

Celebrating Teachers’ Day
Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 4th September to honor the invaluable contribution of our teachers. Students expressed their gratitude through heart-touching poems, and songs dedicated to teachers. A cultural program including dances, , and role plays was organized, where children showcased the importance of teachers in shaping lives. Some students even mimicked their favorite teachers, adding fun and laughter to the event. Handmade cards, flowers, and gifts prepared by students were presented as tokens of love and respect. The celebration ended on a joyous note with smiles, appreciation. It was truly a memorable day filled with respect, admiration, and gratitude for the pillars of education – our teachers.

Say No To Mobiles
CWS organised a moral education session on 3 September 2025, for pre-primary students, where teachers performed a skit titled “Excessive Use of Mobile Phones.” This engaging performance introduced young learners to the importance of responsible mobile phone habits and encouraged them to develop healthy relationships with technology from an early age.
