Seed Germination
Watching seeds growing is an amazing Science lesson for kids as they are very curious about life and growth of living things.
As part of the experiential learning, on 13th October, an activity involving Germination of Seeds was conducted with the aim to demonstrate how plants develop from seeds for the students of the Nursery Class. The students germinated the seed in a pot with the instructions of the teacher and noticed its growth over a period of a week. The real time activity gave them an opportunity to see a close-up of how a seed grows and what was actually happening under the ground. Their happiness was on the peak when they saw a little sapling germinating from the seeds. Amazing seed growing activity turned out really well, and the kids loved checking on the progress each day!
